"How do I make payment?"

Payment can be made via PayPal. If you do not have an account, an option to pay with most major credit or debit cards is available.

"How long will it take for me to receive my jewellery?"

Delivery times vary, and can be checked in the description of each specific piece.

"Do you have a store?"

We are based online only but viewing appointments can be made for our stock pieces.

"Do you ship internationally?"

We ship worldwide to most countries. 

"How do you ship?"

We send most packages via Royal Mail and large packages via World Options.

"How is the jewellery packaged?"

We supply the jewellery in gift boxes and clear plastic boxes, with sufficient bubble wrap to protect the pieces during transit.

"Can I return the jewellery?"

Unfortunately, we do not offer accept returns/exchanges.
